New Budlong Pool faces delay after crews discover old pipe

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — The site where the new Budlong Pool is supposed to go is filled with water, but not water that's meant for swimming. When giving an update on the project to the Cranston City Council last week, Mayor Ken Hopkins' chief of staff Anthony Moretti said crews discovered an old drain pipe while digging.
