Lappin files $2 million claim against Nanos, Pima County

Heather Lappin, the Pima County Sheriff's lieutenant who unsuccessfully ran for Sheriff Chris Nanos' job last year, has filed a $2 million Notice of Claim against Nanos, several PCSD employees and Pima County.
