Zarza Delgado proposes to create courts specializing in gender-based violence

Luz María Zarza Delgado, candidate for minister of the SCJN, proposed the creation of courts specialized in gender violence, through a message on their social networks.

On April 3, Justice Minister Simon Jolin-Barrette announced the establishment of two new services in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, including a court specializing in sexual and domestic violence cases, which should make the justice system more accessible, effective and responsive to the needs of citizens.
