New method to curb drug trafficking via mail in Norrbotten

In Norrbotten, more drug trafficking occurs via mail than in the rest of the country. The Norrbotten County Administrative Board has now come out with a new method that has already been tested in Kiruna and Överkalix – and has yielded results.
