New record for Russian billionaires: They have more than the rest of the population combined

The combined wealth of the billionaires on the Forbes list is greater than the gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Russian central bank. Over the year, the owners of the key assets of the Russian economy have enriched themselves by $48.7 billion, or 4.1 trillion rubles - an amount comparable to Moscow's annual budget.
