(WNCN) — A Raleigh paralegal, Katelin Rey, is facing a list of charges, including felony conspiracy, after investigators believe she tried to send drugs to several correctional institutions. Court documents say a package with synthetic marijuana was intercepted at North Carolina Central Prison on Feb. 11, 2025.
