NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – An officer with the North Charleston Police Department was recently awarded the Knights of Columbus “Officer of the Year” for 2024. According to the department, PFC Shanecqua Howard responded to a stabbing on Bailey Drive on the night of July 4, 2024.
