(BISMARCK, ND) — North Dakotans will vote on term limit changes for state legislators come 2026. The North Dakota House of Representatives approved Senate Concurrent Resolution 4008, which would amend the state constitution to allow lawmakers to serve their four-term limit in either chamber.
