NORTH HAVEN — A 69-year-old New Haven man has been charged in connection with three gas station robberies that occurred in North Haven during a one-week span in mid-February. Samuel Carmon was charged April 7 with multiple offenses related to the robberies in which the suspect implied he had a firearm.
