Northport MLK Bridge project completed

The first part of a bridge replacement project in Northport is complete. The MLK Junior Boulevard Bridge has been undergoing repairs for more than 13 months. Northport City Council approved replacing the Twin Creek Bridge on MLK Junior Blvd. in 2022. Crews closed the road, put up detour signs, and began work in October of 2023.
