NRW: Pupils rightly quit school after attacking homeless people

He brutally beat a homeless person, and opposed a reprimand with an urgent request. The Düsseldorf Administrative Court decided: The tenth grader »massively impaired« the school peace.

In the Rhein-Kreis Neuss a tenth grader brutally attacked a homeless person during the lunch break. His school therefore dismissed him. The Düsseldorf administrative court declared this decision to be correct.

NEUSS. The order of an entire school in the district of Neuss, to dismiss a tenth grader with immediate effect from school, because he attacked a homeless person with other young people and entered and beat the man lying on the ground, is lawful. That was decided by the 18th Chamber of the Administrative Court of Düsseldorf – and rejected the student's urgent request against the school leave. The court ruled.
