A12 The Hague reopened after Extinction Rebellion blockade
Climate activists from Extinction Rebellion (XR) blocked the A12 and other roads in the capital on Saturday. According to a reporter from the ANP, there were a few hundred demonstrators in total. The A12 has since been reopened, reports Rijkswaterstaat. Earlier, the ANWB reported that traffic around The Hague had "completely come to a standstill" due to the demonstration.
