South Africa’s office vacancy rate edged up marginally to 13.6% in Q1 2025 according to SAPOA’s latest Office Vacancy Survey. Of the 54 nodes surveyed, vacancy rates increased in 21 nodes and declined in 22, while the remaining nodes recorded no change compared to Q4 2024.
