Oldenburg, IN – It was a chilly, yet very sunny day for opening day at Liberty Park where the Oldenburg Twisters hosted the Waldron Mohawks in game 1 of the year. Waldron opened the scoring in the first after a passed ball scored one run. However, in the bottom half of the frame, the Mohawks committed an error on a Clay Eckstein ball in-play that hit off the knob of Eckstein’s bat. This error helped the Twisters tie the game at one in the bottom
