One of Huddersfield’s most unusual gardens – and one of the highest in the UK – is open to the public twice in May. The garden set into the hillside at Scapegoat Hill has been featured on BBC2 Gardeners’ World and Channel 4’s Garden of the Year and will be open on Sunday, May 4, and the following Sunday, May 11, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
