Letter To The Editor: Abortion Scrutiny Strictly Speaking

Dear editor: The strict scrutiny test is passed, and the people of Wyoming want restrictions on abortions based on the legislators they elected. The Wyoming Supreme Court should have an easy time deciding this question.
