To the Editor: In Tuesday’s paper the headline was about the dismantling of Lake Pillsbury Dam and the preservation of democracy. Being in favor of keeping the dam, I called Rep. More than 60,000 people have signed our petition "Government in duty: defend democracy!". This strong signal from civil society was a clear mandate for us: we have had talks with representatives and party leaders and brought our demands into the coalition talks.
