They found the body of the woman they last saw at work. Paria Veisi, 37, disappeared in Cardiff on Saturday, April 12 at around 3pm. Police found the lifeless body in Penylan, east of the Welsh capital. A 41-year-old man is charged with manslaughter, but a 48-year-old woman has also been charged with perverting the course of justice.
