O'Fallon Man Drowns in West Plains Flood
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol a 57 year old O’Fallon man drove his vehicle into the water near Howell Creek and was washed off of the road. He exited the vehicle and succumbed to the water. His body was recovered by the West Plains Fire Department where he was pronounced deceased. His vehicle has not been recovered.
