The Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) is fully closed in both directions due to flooding and debris blocking the roadway near State Route 27 (Topanga Canyon Boulevard), Tuna Canyon, and Big Rock. A portion of the Pacific Coast Highway between Malibu and Pacific Palisades was closed due to landslides caused by Saturday rains. The highway was closed in a section of Carbon Beach Terrace to Coastline Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Residents and pass holders cannot access the section.
