THE final stage of Pendle's local plan is due to get underway this summer before it is adopted.

Pendle Borough Council’s most important planning document – The Local Plan – is being examined by an independent inspector. The Local Plan will be used daily by Pendle Borough Council to help it decide whether to approve or refuse applications for planning permission.
