Thursday, April 24, kicked off the 129th annual Penn Relays at the University of Pennsylvania’s Franklin Field. The relays take place over three days from Thursday to Saturday. Penn Relays: Distance Night Events Highlight Thursday Schedule - Villanova University

PHILADELPHIA, Pa.—Villanova kicks off three days of competition at the 129th running of the Penn Relays on Thursday afternoon when senior thrower Alex Payne (Silverdale, Wash.) competes in the championship section of women's hammer. That event will be followed by several distance night events for the Wildcats, beginning with the 400 meter hurdles and ending with the 10,000 meters.
