Pepper Pike council learns that holding town halls on charter change ballot issue could be ‘problematic’

During Tuesday's (Jan. 28) Pepper Pike City Council meeting, Councilman Anthony Gentile attempted to set dates for town hall meetings at which residents could ask questions about the Charter Review Commission's recommendations for charter changes. Law Director Stephen Byron, however, stated that there could be a problem with the city hosting such meetings.
