HANAHAN, S.C. (WCBD) – A person was rescued Monday after falling into a river in Hanahan, officials said. The Hanahan Fire Department responded to a location on Yeamans Hall Road for a person in the water. Fire crews and Hanahan police officers discovered a person who had fallen into Goose Creek after possibly jumping from a nearby train bridge.
