PKP Cargo withdraws from the "Valentine's Day agreement"

This is a document granting trade unions and employees of the railway company certain rights. With the consent of the judge-commissioner, it was waived with effect from the date of opening of the PKP Cargo restructuring proceedings, i.e. from 27 July 2024.
