AUBURN, Calif. – The Placer County Board of Supervisors initiated a process to include Phase 2 of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency’s Housing Amendments into the county’s Tahoe Basin Area Plan at their meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
