Norfolk OPP are investigating a sudden death on Norfolk Street in Simcoe. Officers were called for a wellness check Tuesday afternoon and found a 52-year-old deceased inside the home. A postmortem is set for Toronto, and police say the investigation is in its early stages.

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – Members from the Norfolk County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a sudden death in Simcoe.  On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at approximately 2:55 p.m., Norfolk County OPP were dispatched for a well-being check at a residence on Norfolk Street.
