Kingston saw a spike in violence and sexual offences through the last year. New data shown by data.police.uk showed that violence and sexual crimes in Kingston had peaked amongst other types of crime.

André N. from Werkendam, police officer and well-known organist, has been arrested. The 34-year-old man is suspected of sexual offences with men and violating his secrecy of office. Four victims filed a complaint against him, reports the Public Prosecutor's Office. N. was already arrested in the municipality of Altena last Monday.
