(+) Elderly man was driving under the influence of alcohol. He claimed it was caused by the fumes after the tractor started burning.

The court has no faith in the explanation.

Press report of the PI Marktheidenfeld from 10.04.2025 On Wednesday evening, around 8:45 p.m., a 40-year-old with his vehicle was subjected to a general traffic control. During the inspection, the officials established a clear alcohol odour. A local breath alcohol test showed a value of over 0.6 promille. Subsequently, the man was prevented from continuing the journey and a court-useable breath alcohol test was carried out at the service.
