Portion of road closed in north Grand Forks
GRAND FORKS — A portion of road in north Grand Forks has been closed due to deteriorating conditions. According to a release from the city, crews have closed 27th Avenue North between North 39th Street and Rivards Turf and Forage, west of Washington Street, until further notice. The reason is that frost coming out of the ground has exacerbated poor conditions, the city said. Once the frost is out, crews will grade and reopen the road. ]]>
