MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The woman charged with a plot to sell Graceland is set to appear in federal court Wednesday for a report date, but a plea agreement may be in the works for the Missouri woman. In August, Lisa Findley, 53, was arrested on federal charges in connection with an alleged scheme to defraud Elvis Presley’s family of millions of dollars and steal the family’s ownership in the former home of Elvis Presley.
