Public Comments open for Liberty's Fuel Adjustment Clause Change
The Missouri Public Service Commission is accepting public comments through April 18 on Liberty Utility's request to change its Fuel Adjustment Clause. If approved, the average residential customer would possibly see a $2.24 monthly increase. This is separate from Liberty's pending 29% base rate increase request. The FAC change aims to recover $1.3 million in under-collected energy costs from the previous six-month period.
