‘Do not use:’ Ground beef sold at Ontario grocery store recalled

Fresh lean ground beef sold in Ontario has been recalled due to pieces of plastic. The recalled ground beef was sold at a Foodland location in Tilbury, Ont., according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
