BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A group of puppies were rescued by the Erie County SPCA after they were abandoned near a WNY Burger King. The seven-week old dogs were found in poor condition, sick, cold and covered in urine and feces. Two of the puppies died from seizures, but the other three "have shown remarkable resilience and strength."
