GEORGE TOWN, April 25 — The swearing-in ceremony of Tun Ramli Ngah Talib as the ninth Yang Dipertua Negeri of Penang will take place on May 1 at Dewan Sri Pinang, said Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.
