A person was arrested in Kamloops today after they pointed a handgun at a driver. Kamloops RCMP were called to the 100-block of Tranquille Road after receiving a report that someone yelled and waved a handgun at a driver who honked at them around 11 a.m. today, April 2, according to a press release from police.
