According to York police, more than $500,000 was entrusted to the suspect, who was acting as the victim’s real estate lawyer.

Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez announced on April 25 that a Chinese man in Queens was indicted by a grand jury on multiple felony charges, including grand theft and falsifying business records, for allegedly forging documents and selling jointly owned properties without the consent of shareholders.
