Research into new customers for Eemshaven LNG Terminal

EemsEnergyTerminal, the floating terminal for the import of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Eemshaven in Groningen, will in the near future investigate the interest of new customers to remain in use after 2027. Half of the terminal is each owned by Gasunie and Vopak. A final decision on keeping the terminal operational after 2027 is expected at the end of this year.
