Researchers develop new super battery: It lasts up to 300 years

German and Chinese researchers are working on a glass electrolyte to solve chemical problems of existing batteries and to make the batteries particularly durable. The breakthrough in battery technology could revolutionise electromobility. However, before the technology gets on the road, some open questions still have to be resolved.
