Resettlement in the name of safety. Conversations between flood victims and residents of the village of Nieboczowy

Convincing the unconvinced - that was the goal of the visit of flood victims from the area of Stronie Śląskie to Nieboczowy. This is a village in Silesia that was relocated a few years ago to free up space for the construction of the Racibórz reservoir, which protected Wrocław and Opole from the great flood. A similar one is to be built in Lower Silesia, but some residents do not want to move.
