Returns the Dominical Retreta to Plaza Palmer de Caguas

The traditional Dominican Retreta returns this Sunday, April 27, to Plaza Santiago Rosendo Palmer de Caguas from 6:00 p.m. The activity is called by the Autonomous Municipality of Caguas, through its Department of Cultural Development and the Artistic Resources Program.
