'Reward solar panel owners with bonus for their own electricity consumption after abolishing the net metering scheme'

The government should give solar panel owners a so-called flex bonus if they consume their generated electricity as much as possible themselves. This is what industry association Holland Solar advocates. According to director Wijnand van Hooff, this could be a windfall for households with solar panels that will suffer from the abolition of the netting scheme in 2027.
