DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) – Jim Rhomberg is a member of the fourth generation of his family to work at the Rhomberg’s Fur & Leather Gallery in Dubuque, but may be facing the end of a legacy. The fashion store was founded in 1907 by Rhomberg’s great-grandfather, Frank, who left Austria for Dubuque in the late 1800′s. After 118 years in business, the gallery is at a crossroads.
