(KUNA) – Starting this weekend, Riverside County animal shelters will be open on Sundays in hopes of attracting more potential adopters to take home their new furry friends. To encourage interest, the department is waiving all general adoption fees this Sunday, though mandatory basic licensing fees will still be required. Licenses range from $12 to $25 for spayed or neutered pets.
