Rome Man Jailed for Threatening to Cut Man’s Throat

Justin Drew Crossan, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sent a text message to another man stating that he was going to “cut his throat from ear to ear”. Reports added that he also told the victim that he was going to jump him when he leaves the courthouse. Crossan is charged with terroristic threats and acts. Source
