ROSEBURG POLICE CITE MAN FOR LITTERING, PROHIBITED CAMPING

February 21, 2025 11:00 a.m. Roseburg Police cited a man for littering near a waterway and for prohibited camping on Thursday. An RPD report said shortly after 11:00 a.m. the 41-year-old was contacted in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street. He was found amongst a large pile of garbage that was under the Jackson Street bridge. The man was released after the citation was issued.
