RPS arrests Thorn on breach charge

The Regina Police Service has arrested 48-year-old Jason Paul Thorn for breaching conditions of his statutory release. Thorn was the subject of a public notice last Wednesday, but police say his arrest is not linked to a new crime. He was taken into custody for being unlawfully at large. The original public warning has now been removed as he is in closed custody.
