The partnership with the state through the differential contract scheme (CfD), through which an investor has guaranteed energy price for 15 years, is more "apceptive" than the negotiation with a private energy buyer through a PPA (Power Purchasing Agreement). Thus, the launch of a new CfD scheme may be a factor that could induce investors to enter into an energy contract with a private counterparty.
