Ryan Nemeth’s lawsuit against All Elite Wrestling (AEW) will now proceed through private arbitration. Nemeth’s attorney, Mike Caspino, confirmed the shift in legal strategy in a statement to Brandon Thurston of POST Wrestling. He said, “There has been no settlement.
