Ryanair loses in European Justice the appeal against the rescue of 650 million of the airline LOT

On Wednesday, the General Court of the European Union (TGUE) rejected the appeal lodged by the Irish low-cost airline Ryanair against the Brussels guarantee for the rescue of EUR 650 million designed by the Polish Government to help LOT Polish Airlines overcome the losses caused by the first months of the coronavirus pandemic which forced flights to be restricted.
